## Story

**Page 1:** Tilly Turtle walks to the pond. She walks slow, slow, slow.

**Page 2:** A rabbit hops past her. Zip! "Hurry, Tilly!" calls the rabbit.

**Page 3:** Tilly does not hurry. She stops to smell a pink flower.

**Page 4:** A bird flies past her. Whoosh! "Hurry, Tilly!" calls the bird.

**Page 5:** Tilly does not hurry. She watches a ladybug climb a leaf.

**Page 6:** A deer runs past her. Thump, thump! "Hurry, Tilly!" calls the deer.

**Page 7:** Tilly does not hurry. She feels the warm sun on her shell.

**Page 8:** At last, Tilly comes to the pond. Her friends are waiting there. The water sparkles in the sun.

**Page 9:** "What did you see?" asks the rabbit. Tilly tells them all about it.

**Page 10:** The friends smile and listen. Slow can be a wonderful way to go.
