## Story

**Page 1:** Little Ollie Owl visits Grandma Owl. Her porch is cool and shady.

**Page 2:** Grandma Owl pats the porch swing. "Come and sit with me, Ollie."

**Page 3:** The swing goes creak, creak, creak. Ollie giggles at the funny sound.

**Page 4:** Grandma Owl starts to sing. "Creak, creak, swing, swing, swing!"

**Page 5:** Ollie sings with her. His voice is small and sweet.

**Page 6:** They sing about the tall oak tree. They sing about the soft evening sky.

**Page 7:** The swing rocks back and forth. Back and forth, like a lullaby.

**Page 8:** Ollie leans on Grandma Owl. He feels safe and warm.

**Page 9:** "Sing it again, Grandma!" says Ollie. So they sing it one more time.

**Page 10:** When Ollie goes home, he hums the song. He will sing it again tomorrow, too. Creak, creak, swing, swing, swing!
