Sandy the seagull sat on a warm rock with a big, tasty sandwich for lunch.

He took one happy bite, and just then a small sparrow landed beside him.

Sandy broke off a corner and gave it to the sparrow, who nibbled it with delight.

Next came a duck, a pigeon, and a tiny crab, all with hungry, hopeful eyes.
