**Page 3:** She listens to the wind in the tall grass. Swish, swish, goes the soft wind song.

**Page 4:** She listens to the rain on the broad leaves. Pit, pat, pit, pat, goes the rain song.

**Page 5:** She listens to a bird singing high in a tree. La, la, la, sings the happy bird.

**Page 6:** Bella puts the sounds together in her head. Swish, pit-pat, la-la-la, she hums.

**Page 7:** Now her hum has a beginning, a middle, and an end. It is a real song!

**Page 8:** Bella flies back to the flower garden. She sings her new song for all the flowers.

**Page 9:** The flowers sway gently in the warm sun. The other bees buzz along with Bella.

**Page 10:** Bella smiles as she sings her song again. A song is even better when it is shared.
