## Story

**Page 1:** Clara Cow wakes up as the sun rises over the farm. It is time to ring the morning bell.

**Page 2:** The bell hangs high in the old bell tower. Clara looks up at the long rope.

**Page 3:** Clara pulls the rope with her mouth. The bell does not ring at all.

**Page 4:** She pulls the rope again, harder this time. Ding! The bell rings just once.

**Page 5:** Clara pulls the rope in a steady rhythm. Ding, dong, ding, dong, goes the bell.

**Page 6:** The hens wake up and cluck softly. The pigs stretch and yawn in the barn.

**Page 7:** The horses lift their heads in the field. The farm is waking up to Clara's bell.

**Page 8:** Clara rings the bell one last time. Ding, dong! Morning has begun!

**Page 9:** All the farm animals gather near the bell tower. They are ready for a new day.

**Page 10:** Clara smiles as the morning begins. Ringing the bell is her favourite morning job.
