# Starfish Wishes on a Wave

## Story

**Page 1:** Stella Starfish lives in a rock pool by the sea. She has five pink arms and a big wish.

**Page 2:** Stella wishes she could ride a wave. She watches waves roll in, one after another.

**Page 3:** A big wave rolls into the rock pool. Splash! It lifts Stella up gently.

**Page 4:** Stella rides the wave for a little way. "Wheee!" she laughs.

**Page 5:** The wave sets her down on soft sand. Stella giggles and wiggles her arms.

**Page 6:** Another wave rolls in. Stella rides it back to her rock pool.

**Page 7:** A crab watches Stella ride the waves. "Can I ride too?" he asks.

**Page 8:** Stella shows Crab how to ride a wave. They ride the next wave together.

**Page 9:** They laugh as the wave carries them along. Riding a wave is even better with a friend.

**Page 10:** Stella smiles in her rock pool. Her wish came true, and she shared it too.
