# The Great Spaghetti Night

## Story

**Page 1:** The Mouse family made spaghetti. It was long and yellow.

**Page 2:** Mama Mouse boiled a big pot of water, and steam curled up high into the warm kitchen air.

**Page 3:** Papa Mouse twirled his fork round and round, and the long spaghetti tangled up in a funny knot.

**Page 4:** 'Help!' laughed Baby Mouse. 'My noodles are stuck!'

**Page 5:** The spaghetti wrapped around the fork and around the spoon, and it would not come undone.

**Page 6:** It made a noodle hat on Papa's head and a long noodle scarf that wrapped around Baby Mouse.

**Page 7:** Everyone laughed so hard. Slurp, slurp, slurp!

**Page 8:** They untangled the noodles together. One by one, they ate them.

**Page 9:** Their tummies were full of spaghetti, and their smiles were wide from all the laughing at dinner.

**Page 10:** That night, they called it the Great Spaghetti Night.
